Leading and Managing with Emotional Intelligence
This workshop is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage their own emotions and the emotions of others. As a result of this workshop participants will also become more knowledgeable about their strengths and development opportunities as they related to self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.
Essential Skills of Leaders
This interactive training will assist leaders acquire and hone the skills needed to become influential leaders. Leadership competencies will be discussed. Additionally, each participant, will undergo self-assessments of his/her leadership skills, and then develop a Professional Development Plan.
Bridging Organizational Cultures
Participants will learn how to demonstrate support for their site team by meeting the individual needs of each member and motivating them accordingly. They will learn how to manage others by focusing on behavior, instead of employee attitudes. The outcome will be that they begin to encourage participation and involve team members in decision making, problem solving, and work participation.
Developing Principle Built Habits
This workshop will utilize the book “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” to assist leaders in learning to act on principle, rather than emotional impulses; and to make the right decision, even in highly-charged situations.
Resolving Conflict in the Organization
Leaders will learn to identify and resolve various conflicts through case studies and practice applications. They will determine ways to achieve results without either person “losing face”. Importantly, they will be able to develop strategies for approaching real conflict situations at work and discover how to maintain composure around difficult people in order to minimize negative impact.
Managing Conflict in the Organization
Participants will learn how to effective manage 8 conflict management skills:

How to listen effectively
Accepting responsibility for producing positive results
Giving and receiving effective feedback
Building personal self-=confidence and credibility
Strategic Organizational and Program Planning
Work with leadership team to facilitate processes for developing and/or refining strategic plan with components of the envisioned future obtained through strategic goal and objective setting with strategic principles for optimizing the operational environment
Developing Positive Environments through Team Building
This interactive workshop provides organizations and group team members and team leaders with specific skills to work together effectively as part of a cohesive unit.
Participants will learn specific skills to help the save time, overcome stress, and end procrastination.
