Jehovah Shammah means the Lord is there. He is omnipresent and with us all times.

Scriptural Context:

Ps. 46:5-7"God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice: the earth melted. The Lord of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge"

Zephaniah 3”17 “The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee singing"(3:17).

Zech 2:5 "I will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her"

Psalm 139:1-6“O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.”
